Skopje, 11 May 2026 (MIA) - A parliamentary delegation led by Speaker Afrim Gashi is paying Monday through Thursday a working visit to Bern, Switzerland.

The delegation includes vice-speakers Jovan Mitrevski and Vesna Bendevska, parliamentary group coordinators Nikola Micevski, Oliver Spasovski, Bekim Qoku, Rina Ajdari and Boban Karapejovski, Chair of the working group on the Code of Ethics, Mile Lefkov, as well as Parliament Secretary-General Marina Dimovska. 

During the visit, the delegation will hold bilateral meetings with the President of the National Council of the Swiss Confederation, Pierre-André Page and officials of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), as well as working sessions focused on parliamentary ethics and the Code of Ethics for Members of Parliament.

The visit is taking place with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland and international partner NDI, as part of the cooperation to promote integrity and parliamentary standards.
