Skopje, 17 February 2025 (MIA) - Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski is paying Monday an official visit to Slovenia, upon an invitation of counterpart Borut Sajovic. During the visit, Minister Misajlovski will also meet with Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar.

Ministers Misajlovski and Sajovic will hold a tête-à-tête encounter followed by a meeting of the countries' delegations. In addition, they will sign a bilateral cooperation agreement for 2025, the Ministry of Defense said in a press release.

Misajlovski will also lay a wreath at the Žale cemetery in Ljubljana, honoring the perished Slovenian fighters in the 1991 Ten-Day War.

In addition, Minister Misajlovski will acknowledge members of the Slovenian police, who were actively involved in the fire-fighting efforts on Macedonian territory in 2024, reads the press release.
