Skopje, 8 December 2025 (MIA) - A 46-year-old man, A.T., from Pogradec, Albania, was arrested Monday morning at 7:05 on the Struga–Kjafasan highway, near the village of Frangovo.

Police officers from the Frangovo police station, part of the Regional Center for Border Affairs – West, stopped the vehicle he was driving, an Opel Zafira with Struga license plates.

During the search, authorities discovered three bags containing 62 packages of marijuana.

The Ministry of Interior reported that a public prosecutor has been notified, the drugs were confiscated, and A.T. is being held at a police station.
