PM Mickoski at Macedonia2025 Summit 2026

Skopje, 12 May 2026 (MIA) – Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski is set to address the opening of the Summit 2026 organized by Macedonia2025 in Skopje Tuesday held this year under the theme “Beyond 2025: Accelerating Growth. Inspiring Leadership.”

The main Summit program takes place on May 12 and 13, featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interviews with domestic, regional, and international leaders. The program will open with remarks from Macedonia2025 leadership, including Viktor Mizo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Macedonia2025, Mike Zafirovski, Co-Founder of Macedonia2025, and Prof. Dr. Nikica Mojsoska-Blazhevski, CEO of Macedonia2025.

The Summit will bring together a large number of domestic and international leaders, representatives of the business community, institutions, and experts. This year’s program will focus on economic growth, improving business competitiveness, strengthening the region’s investment attractiveness, infrastructure as a growth multiplier, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and the role of the diaspora as strategic capital for Macedonia’s development.

In addition, discussions will focus on leadership, innovation, the future of institutions and regional cooperation.

Ahead of the traditional two-day Macedonia2025 Summit, President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova hosted a reception Monday evening and presented recognitions to members of the diaspora for their contributions.

Congratulating to this year’s recipients of the Diaspora Recognition for Contribution 2026, Dr. Ichak Kalderon Adizes, Elizabeth Naumovski and Antonijo Trpevski, Siljanovska-Davkova highlighted that their contributions in science, business, culture, philanthropy, and youth support have left a lasting impact at home and globally, while motivating future generations.

The recognition, awarded in cooperation with Macedonia2025, is presented to distinguished members of the diaspora for their contribution to preserving and promoting Macedonian historical, cultural and spiritual traditions and values, while also strengthening national and state interests and capacities.
