Rome, 8 November 2025 (dpa/MIA) - Newly-promoted Pisa on Friday won their first Serie A match in 34 years as they defeated Cremonese 1-0 at home.

German midfielder Idrissa Touré scored the winning goal in the 75th minute in the team's 11th match of the season, which is Pisa's first in the top Italian league following a 34-year absence.

Pisa had last won a Serie A match in May 1991, when they beat Bari 1-0. The Tuscan side spent more than three decades in lower divisions before being promoted in May.

Pisa are currently out of the relegation zone with nine points from 11 matches.
