October average wage at Mden 42.134: statistics
Skopje, 20 December 2024 (MIA) - The average monthly net wage paid in October stood at Mden 42.134 and is 8.5 percent higher than the same month in 2023.
The increase is due to an increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Arts, entertainment and recreation (11.5%), Information and communication (10.7%) and Education (10.6%), said the State Statistical Office.
An increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Real estate activities (7.5%), Education (5.0%) and Construction (3.1%), it said.
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in October 2024 was Mden 63.392.
