Western Balkans 2030 is a key regional forum that brings together representatives of European institutions, international organizations and the business community to define together the guidelines for the region’s development until 2030. The focus is on regional integration, energy transition, digitization, sustainable growth and investments. Organized by The Region magazine and jointly supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and UNOPS, the forum will bring together ministers, business leaders, and international institutions to explore how cooperation, integration, and innovation can define the region’s next chapter.
This year’s event will feature panels dedicated to regional integration and EU accession, green transition and digitization. The conference by bringing together decision makers and experts from Europe and the Western Balkans aims at highlighting the region’s potential to contribute to the creation of a more competitive, sustainable and connected Europe.
The goal of the organizers is to establish Western Balkans 2030 as an annual forum for dialogue and cooperation and as a place where ideas are transformed into concrete actions and partnerships.
Stoilkovic will also meet the Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Adriana Mesarovic, to discuss the signing a memorandum for further promotion and deepening of economic cooperation, encouraging joint investment projects, as well as joint promotion in third markets ahead of the Macedonian-Serbian business forum, due in Macedonia on December 2 and 3.
