Fifty-seven patients treated in Skopje and abroad, two in critical condition: health minister

Skopje, 14 April 2025 (MIA) - Fifty-seven out of 193 patients-victims of the Kochani nightclub fire are currently treated in Skopje hospitals and abroad, two of whom in critical condition, said Health Minister Arben Taravari on Monday.
"Nine out of the 57 patients are treated in Skopje and they are all in stable condition," said Minister Taravari.
Of the 48 patients treated abroad, one is set to return from Hungary during the day.
"Two are in critical condition, the others have been extubated. Some are undergoing rehabilitation, while others are waiting to be operated on," noted Taravari.
The March 16 fire in a Kochani nightclub claimed 61 lives and left about 200 people injured.
