Skopje, 23 April 2024 (MIA) – A family of four in North Macedonia needed Mden 60.212 to cover the minimal consumer basket in April, which is an increase of Mden 1.214 compared to March, said the Federation of Trade Union (SSM) on Tuesday.

Of this amount, Mden 22.200 are required for food and beverages, followed by utility expenses, i.e., water, electricity and heating.

In March 2024, the minimal consumer basket stood at Mden 58.998.
