Skopje, 12 April 2026 (MIA) – Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi sent an Easter greeting wishing all Orthodox believers good health, peace, well-being and spiritual peace.

“Easter is a holiday that carries messages of hope, spiritual renewal and strengthening of faith in the good, humanity and unity. While love, solidarity and mutual respect are celebrated, the importance of the values that connect us as a society are yet again confirmed all the while leading us toward joint progress,” said Gashi’s greeting. 

May Easter serve as a motivation for more understanding and respect amongst all citizens, he added.

“I wish the Easter holidays brought you joy in your homes, peace in your hearts and hope for a better tomorrow,” Gashi concluded.
