Skopje, 2 November 2025 (MIA) – Sunday’s runoff vote passed without major disruptions of the electoral process, said the Public Prosecutor’s Office after polls closed, noting they have registered a single instance of a voter photographing their ballot in Shuto Orizari.
“The election day passed without major disruptions to the process, and only one report was submitted to the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding an incident in Shuto Orizari involving the photographing of a ballot. Immediate instructions were issued to document the event, which constitutes a misdemeanor,” the Prosecutor’s Office said.
The Prosecutor’s Office said it will remain active until the end of the electoral process and called on citizens to report potential offenses related to the elections.
