PM Mickoski signs book of condolences opened in Kochani

Skopje, 19 March 2025 (MIA) – Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski visited the town of Kochani on Wednesday where he signed the book of condolences to pay respect to the victims of the deadly nightclub fire, which killed 59 people.
“Today, in silence, with tears streaming down and with respect, we take a bow before the victims and their families. Rest in peace,” wrote Mickoski.
The visit to Kochani was an act of deep respect and solidarity with the bereaved families, said the government’s press service.
“In these difficult moments, Kochani, Macedonia and our people grieve the young lives that perished so soon, and for their dreams left unfulfilled. The government remains committed to fully investigating the tragedy and to supporting those that are affected,” it said.
