Skopje, 17 November 2025 (MIA) - On occasion of November 17, the day when the country's Constitution was adopted 34 years ago, Constitutional Court President Darko Kostadinovski has congratulated citizens and urged them to be loyal to the Constitution and fulfill their duty to the homeland.

"I urge you to be loyal to the Constitution, this is our duty. The Constitution's strength lies in the commitment of every citizen to protect it. If all of us feel this duty, constitutional rights will be protected," Kostadinovski says in a video statement.

He adds that building a state governed by law is the highest act of patriotism and love for one's country, as well as the best way to keep the legacy of predecessors and secure the future of successors in a free, democratic and prosperous state.

"On this day, I call on you to fulfill our duty to the homeland," says Kostadinovski.
