Skopje, 17 April 2025 (MIA) - Industry turnover in February decreased by 1.1 percent compared to the same month in 2024, said the State Statistical Office on Thursday.

Industry turnover by Main Industrial Groupings was higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 4.4%, but lower in Capital goods by 4.2%, Durable consumer goods by 2.7% and Non-durable consumer goods by 0.9%.

Industry turnover in February, compared to the previous month, was up by 6.5 percent, while in January-February it increased by 3.5 percent compared to the same period in 2024.

Industry turnover on the domestic market in February, compared to the same month in 2024, was down by 4.9 percent, while in January-February in decreased by 2.9 percent.

Industry turnover on the non-domestic market in February, compared to the same month in 2024, dropped by 1.2 percent, while in January-February it increased by 4.3 percent.
