Crisis coordination and management committee to hold session on wildfire situation
Skopje, 24 July 2024 (MIA) - The crisis situation with the wildfires that engulfed parts of the country is on the agenda of a session of the Steering Committee for Coordination and Management of the Crisis Management System set to be held Wednesday morning at the Crisis Management Center (CMC).
According to the CMC, the session will be chaired by Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski, with Deputy PM and Minister of Transport and Communications Aleksandar Nikoloski, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski, Minister of Defence Vlado Misajlovski and Minister of Health Arben Taravari, as well as head of the Risk and Hazard Assessment Group Stojanche Angelov in attendance.
The session will also be attended by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Economy, Cvetan Tripunovski, and director of the Public Enterprise for the Management of State Forests “National Forests”, Zdravko Trajanov.
