Skopje, 22 September 2025 (MIA) — The Trubarevo electronic waste fire in the Municipality of Gazi Baba is still under control as are the brush fires in Gazi Baba's village of Viniche and Studenichani's village of Batinci, the Crisis Management Center said in a press release.

The fires under control are three of ten fires nationwide that had been reported to the CMC by noon, it said.

Another three fires were put out. They were all garbage fires, burning at dumping sites in the Municipalities of Strumica, Kochani and Tetovo.

Still burning are a forest fire at the Gevgelija village of Petrovo on Mount Kozhuf; a forest fire at Chucher Sandevo's village of Brest; a brush fire at Makedonski Brod's Dobra Voda; and a brush fire near Slovenia Boulevard in Skopje's Butel Municipality. mr/
