Skopje, 1 March 2026 (MIA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski has had a phone call with Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.

During the call, firm solidarity and full support was expressed to the United Arab Emirates, the Ministry Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said Sunday. Minister Mucunski extended his deepest condolences for the victims of the attacks, it added. 

Mucunski strongly condemned Iran’s attacks against the UAE as “a serious violation of international law and the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity.”

“Minister Mucunski emphasised the need for restraint, responsibility and diplomatic engagement to prevent further escalation and preserve regional stability and peace,” said the Foreign Ministry.
