Who’s Next initiative holds protest, demanding justice for the victims of all past tragedies

Skopje, 10 April 2025 (MIA) - The fourth protest march of the Who’s Next (Koj e sleden) initiative took place Thursday afternoon, moving from the Government building, through the Judicial Council and the Parliament, to the Criminal Court, demanding justice for the victims of previous tragedies that resulted from the dysfunction of the system.

As stated by the representative of the citizens’ initiative, Anastasija Mitrevska, today’s protest is for all the demands put forward by the initiative in public, some of which have also been submitted to the Government. However, as she mentioned, the authorities are paying more attention to who is organizing the protests than focusing on the actual demands.

She called all citizens to raise their voices against injustice.

“We should not forget all these tragedies. We are protesting for all the demands that have been presented in public so far, which the authorities are aware of. However, they are more focused on who we are, rather than paying attention to what we are asking for,” Mitrevska said.

Their demands have been incorporated into a project named 'Vision 0.'

“Specifically, the demands have already been presented, and they include various points, such as getting all inspection services simultaneously, requests for a safe city, street lighting, and sidewalk boundaries. This is an entire project called 'Vision 0,' which includes 20 demands,” Mitrevska said.
