Skopje, 17 July 2024 (MIA) – Sunny and very hot day ahead, with a few scattered clouds. There is a chance of brief, heavy showers in the mountainous regions during the afternoon. 

Light to moderate north-easterly winds are expected.

Lows will range from 14°C to 23°C and highs between 36°C and 42°C. The UV index is 10.

Similar weather in Skopje, with temperatures up to 41°C.

The weather will remain sunny and extremely hot in the coming days, with maximum temperatures above 30°C everywhere and possibly exceeding 40°C in some areas.

Local afternoon rain showers, thunderstorms, and stronger winds are expected on Friday and through the weekend, with a gradual decrease in daytime temperatures, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service.
