Skopje, 20 March 2025 (MIA) – President Gordana Siljanovska – Davkova on the occasion of the Muslim holiday of Ramadan Bayram sent a greeting to Islamic believers in the country and to the head of the Islamic Religious Community, Reis-ul-Ulema Shaqir Fetai.

Ramadan Bayram is an expression of deep faith, spirituality, charity, harmony and love, she wrote.

“While the whole humanity is facing serious conflicts, wars, crises, climate change and when we badly need peace and stability, only through unity, respect and mutual recognition can we build a healthy society and prosperous homeland. May we continue to cherish the pleasant atmosphere throughout the year and may we be filled with solidarity and empathy. We can overcome all challenges and difficulties with strong will, faith and unity,” President Siljanovska – Davkova concluded.
