The strategic partnership and cooperation declaration with Azerbaijan is being finalized, apart from the field of energy there are also many opportunities for cooperation in the economy, tourism, education, culture, science, said President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, who is on official visit to Azerbaijan, on Wednesday.
