Prespa basin mayors sign memorandum of cooperation

To foster environmental protection, sustainable development and enhance the cross-border collaboration within the trans-national Prespa region, the mayors of the four municipalities within the Prespa Basin -- Pustec, Devoll, Prespa, and Resen -- signed Friday a memorandum of cooperation and formally initiated a process for establishing a European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation, MIA's Athens correspondent reports.
