Oil storage tank near nightclub was empty, says Interior Minister

  • Interior Minister Panche Toshkovski confirmed reports Tuesday that an oil storage tank was located near the nightclub in Kochani, but said it was empty and, according to initial information, wasn’t connected to the owners of the “Pulse” nightclub.
