Skopje, 17 December 2024 (MIA) - Deputy PM and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski met Tuesday with Turkish Ambassador Fatih Ulusoy, confirming the good and traditionally friendly bilateral relations.

Talks focused on current developments and traditional friendship between the two countries, as well as the strong cooperation, the Ministry of Transport said in a press release.

Minister Nikoloski said Turkey is an important trade partner to Macedonia, which is why the Government is continuously working on improving investment conditions in the country.

Interlocutors also discussed the Government's investment program for capital projects, and the issue of improving cooperation in the transport sector.

Nikolovski expressed gratitude for Turkey's support so far and stressed the need to intensify mutual cooperation in activities of common interest for both countries. ssh/ik/
