Skopje, 13 April 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timcho Mucunski is paying a working visit to Luxembourg on April 13-14, where he will attend the informal EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting with ministers from EU member states and the Western Balkans, hosted by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.

In an increasingly complex geopolitical context, the meeting aims to provide an inclusive platform for discussing the deepening of cooperation between the European Union and the Western Balkans in the area of European security.

According to his office, Minister Mucunski is expected to highlight the country's full alignment with the European Union's Common Foreign and Security Policy, affirming its strategic goal of EU membership and its commitment to European values and principles.

As part of the visit, Mucunski will meet with Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos.
