Skopje, 30 March 2025 (MIA) – The number of patients treated in hospitals in the country after being injured during the deadly fire in a Kochani nightclub on March 16 remains the same, says the Health Ministry on Sunday. 16 patients, who are treated in Skopje, are in good condition.

In the past 24 hours, four patients were admitted to the toxicology clinic in Skopje upon their return after receiving treatment for their injuries in hospitals abroad. They were discharged to continue recovering at home.

“There is no announcement that other patients will return from abroad today,” says the ministry.

The condition of two burn patients treated in Thessaloniki has improved and they have been extubated. The condition of the other patients remains the same.

“The Ministry of Health keeps following the condition of the injured patients and is in contact with the medical teams in the country and abroad. We remain committed to providing the best possible care for the injured in the Kochani incident,” it says.
