Skopje, 27 January 2025 (MIA) - Current developments, economic and political cooperation, were in the focus of a phone call of Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski with British Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, David Lammy.

PM Mickoski reaffirmed the commitment for closer cooperation with the United Kingdom in joint projects that produce economic and political benefit for citizens, the Government said in a press release.

Interlocutors agreed there is room to intensify friendly relations and promote joint projects in infrastructure, energy and economy.

In addition, Mickoski and Lammy discussed a number of regional issues, with the former highlighting the commitment for policy of dialogue and mutual cooperation in strengthening bilateral relations, reads the press release.
