Strasbourg – Council of Europe holds ceremony on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, with Secretary General Alain Berset, Ambassador Daniela Cujbă, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Moldova to the Council of Europe (on behalf of the Presidency of the Committee of Ministers), and Ambassador Mykola Tochytskyi delivering addresses.
