Skopje, 27 November 2025 (MIA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski will pay Thursday through Saturday a visit to Lithuania at an invitation by his Lithuanian counterpart Kęstutis Budrys.

In addition to meeting his host, Minister Mucunski will hold several meetings in the Lithuanian Parliament with members of the commissions on foreign affairs, EU affairs and with members of the Group of Cooperation with the Western Balkans.

Talks will focus on bilateral relations, the Macedonian EU integration process as well as key regional and European issues.

Minister Mucunski will also present the country’s economic potentials during a visit to the Confederation of Industrials where he will meet with its president, Vidmantas Janulevičius. He is also set to meet with Minister Edvinas Grikšas at the Ministry of Economy. 

As part of his visit, Mucunski will meet with Macedonian expats living and working in Lithuania.

This will be Minister Mucunski’s first visit to Vilnius during the year that marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
