Contemporary Macedonian and Chinese poetry anthology published in China
- The Chinese publishing house Huāchéng from Guangzhou has published a trilingual anthology of Macedonian and Chinese poetry featuring poems by Andrej Al-Asadi, Zoran Anchevski, Ivan Dzheparovski, Katica Kjulavkova, Vladimir Martinovski, Natasha Sardzhoska and Vlada Uroshevikj.
Skopje, 18 December 2025 (MIA) — The Chinese publishing house Huāchéng from Guangzhou has published a trilingual anthology of Macedonian and Chinese poetry featuring poems by Andrej Al-Asadi, Zoran Anchevski, Ivan Dzheparovski, Katica Kjulavkova, Vladimir Martinovski, Natasha Sardzhoska and Vlada Uroshevikj.

Edited by sinologist Igor Radev and Chinese poet Liu Yue, the anthology is titled "The Sun is Shining from Two Sides: Contemporary Chinese and Macedonian Poetry."
The book also features poems in English, Macedonian and Chinese by seven Chinese poets. They are Xi Chuan, Liu Yue, Aku Wuwu, Zhao Si, Ming Di, Li Suo and Zhao Lihong.

The poems were translated by Radev in collaboration with the authors and sinologists Sara Cvetanovska and Elena Damjanoska during a translation workshop in Ohrid in 2024. mr/
