Skopje, 21 January 2026 (MIA) – The average monthly net wage paid per employee in November 2025 was Mden 45.961, an increase of 9.4% compared to the same month in 2024, the State Statistical Office said Wednesday.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Public administration and defence; compulsory social security 16.5%, Human health and social work activities 11.1% and Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles 10.9%.

An increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Public administration and defence; compulsory social security 3.5%, Administrative and support service activities 2.2% and Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles 1.2%.

The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in November 2025 was Mden 69.141.
