Building a professional and efficient public administration aligned with European standards is one of Macedonia's key priorities on the path to European Union membership, said Minister of Public Administration Goran Minchev in his address at the ministerial conference "From Reform to Readiness: Building Leadership and Talent for EU Accession", held within the Berlin Processin Budva on Tuesday.
