Skopje, 25 December 2025 (MIA) – SDSM leader Venko Filipche sent Thursday Christmas wishes both personally and on behalf of the party to Catholic believers and to Skopje Bishop and Apostolic Exarch in North Macedonia, Kiro Stojanov.

“I send my heartfelt Christmas greetings to all members of the Catholic Church and to all Christians celebrating Christ’s birth today. Christmas is a holiday of hope, love and unity. This special occasion remind us that only through solidarity, mutual respect and concern for one another we can create a more just and humane society, where every citizen enjoys equal opportunities and a safe future,” Filipche said in his greeting.

“In the spirit of the Christmas messages,” the SDSM leader added, “let us turn to the true values that unite us and give us the strength to overcome all challenges.”

“Let us commit to good deeds that will guide the next generations toward a better future. I wish good health, peace, and joy in every home this Christmas. May it bring new hope, new beginnings, and success for all. Christ is born, Merry Christmas,” Filipche said in his greeting to Catholic believers.
