President Siljanovska-Davkova at Global Baku Forum

Baku, 13 March 2025 (MIA) - As part of her visit to Azerbaijan, President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova will deliver opening remarks at the 12th Global Baku Forum titled “Rethinking World Order: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.”
At the Baku Forum, Siljanovska-Davkova will also speak at the panel titled "The UN Pact for the Future: Building a New Global Consensus." The forum will also feature discussions on panels covering themes like "Geopolitical Changes: Responsible Partnership versus Competition" and "Rethinking Multilateralism for a Multipolar World."
The forum is expected to gather around 400 participants, including current and former heads of state and government, representatives of international organizations, and civil society.
The event is organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre on March 13-15, with keynote speakers at the opening including the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, the Chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, and the WHO Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, among others.
During her official visit to Azerbaijan, President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova met over the past two days with her host, Ilham Aliyev, as well as the Speaker of the National Assembly, Sahiba Gafarova, and Prime Minister Ali Asadov. During the meetings, an initiative was launched to sign a declaration on strategic partnership and cooperation, which will later be formalized into an agreement focusing on energy and economic collaboration.
