Misajlovski: Committed to strengthening Army's combat readiness, meeting NATO capability goals

Skopje, 6 March 2026 (MIA) - Defence Minister Vlado Misajlovski met Friday with NATO's Director for Defence Planning Karl Ford, who is heading a team that is part of the annual bilateral defence talks between NATO and North Macedonia.

"We continue to invest in the Army, to strengthen its combat readiness and meet NATO capability goals. With a strong Army, we also contribute to strengthening the Alliance's collective security. In times of global geopolitical challenges, unity and alliance are the best way to guarantee the security of the region and the Euro-Atlantic area," Misajlovski said in a Facebook post.
