Skopje, 19 December 2025 (MIA) - Minister of European Affairs Orhan Murtezani met Friday with German Ambassador Petra Drexler and representatives of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), exchanging opinions on current cooperation and the continued support provided by Germany and GIZ in the European integration process.

After the meeting, the German officials handed over the Reform Agenda software system to the Ministry of European Affairs, an integrated system that ensures automation of operating processes, centralized data management, early warning system, improved transparency and efficiency. The platform is in an advanced stage of preparations, and a period of testing and training of users will follow.

The donation is realized within the project for support of the negotiating structures for European integration, and represents a significant contribution in the enhancement of the administrative and technical capacities of the Ministry of European Affairs.

Interlocutors highlighted the significance of digital tools for more efficient management of reform processes and enhancement of coordination and monitoring of tasks related to the European agenda.

In this context, they referred to GIZ's role as a strategic partner, contributing to the modernization of public administration and implementation of concrete reforms within the Reform Agenda through specific projects, the Ministry of European Affairs said in a press release.
