PM: Three foreign companies to invest, negotiations under way with ten foreign companies

Skopje, 26 December 2025 (MIA) – Negotiations have been concluded with three foreign companies interested in investing and opening plants in the country, namely automotive, IT and pharmaceutical companies, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced Friday.
“Negotiations have been concluded and confirmed with three [companies]. A decision was made, estimated at 110-120 million euros in the first stage, involving around 1,500 jobs once they meet their full capacity,” said Mickoski speaking to reporters.
The prime minister added that negotiations are under way with ten foreign investors.
“We’re negotiating with ten – some of them in the energy sector, some in the IT industry and others in the automotive industry. We believe they’ll boost the country’s economy,” said PM Mickoski after attending a promotion of 120 new police cars at the Ministry of the Interior in Skopje.
