Skopje, 3 June 2026 (MIA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski met Wednesday with representatives of the French Business Confederation to discuss opportunities for deepening economic cooperation between the two countries, attracting new investments and developing partnerships in areas with significant growth potential.

As Mucunski posted on social media, he underscored the government’s priorities in the areas of economic development and investment, emphasizing the institutions’ readiness to serve as a strong and reliable partner to all companies seeking to invest and contribute to the country’s economic growth.

“I noted that every new foreign investment represents a significant contribution to economic growth, the creation of new opportunities and the establishment of conditions for sustainable development. Representatives of the French Business Confederation confirmed the interest of French companies in further cooperation and new investments, and thus in further strengthening economic relations between the two countries,” Mucunski noted.
