Skopje, 24 April 2025 (MIA) — Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski received Thursday the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of India to North Macedonia Arun Kumar Sahu, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

According to an official press release, meeting participants highlighted the traditionally good relations between the two countries as well as the mutual commitment to further deepening ties at the bilateral and multilateral level.

Minister Mucunski and Ambassador Sahu also exchanged views on intensifying political dialogue through high-level visits that would promote economic cooperation.

Ambassador Sahu said his diplomatic efforts would be aimed at strengthening trade, boosting investments and developing cooperation in technology and tourism. mr/
