Skopje, 22 May 2026 (MIA) - The average monthly net wage paid per employee in March 2026 was Mden 48,433, up by 8.2 percent compared to the same month in 2025, the State Statistical Office said on Friday.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Transportation and storage by 15.6%, Real estate activities by 12.2% and Information and communication by 11.6%.

Increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Transportation and storage by 10.9%, Real estate activities by 9.1% and Information and communication by 8.5%.
