Skopje, 11 December 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Finance Fordana Dimitrieska Kochoska is participating on Thursday and Friday in the Istanbul Economic Summit 2025. The summit brings together top government officials, representatives of international organizations, as well as representatives of the business sector and the academic community. 

At the opening of the event, the Minister will deliver an address under the summit's theme "New Balances and Global Partnerships", highlighting current challenges of the global economy and the importance of building strong and resilient economic ties.

On Friday, Dimitrieska Kochoska will address a panel discussion dedicated to the future of financial systems, the growing role of digital currencies and the development of economic partnerships between countries.

"The summit will focus on economic policies for sustainable growth, boosting economic cooperation between countries and developing new partnerships, discussing the global economy, sustainable development and the green economy, energy and finance, digital transformation, as well as the role of education in attracting foreign investment. The Minister's participation will enable exchange of experiences with leading economic and political stakeholders at a global level," the Ministry of Finance said in a press release.
