Skopje, 19 December 2025 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova met Friday with Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) President Abdullah Eren, saying the agency enjoys the respect of both institutions and citizens for the work it is doing.

Ahead of December 21 - Day of Turkish Language Teaching - the TIKA President said the agency has implemented over 1,300 projects over the past two decades, in the fields of education, health, agriculture, restoration of cultural monuments, building of schools, rehabilitation of healthcare institutions and donation of medical equipment, the President's Office said in a press release.

Interlocutors agreed that the cooperation with TIKA strengthens partnership, friendship and trust between the two countries.

Established in 1992, TIKA is present in 61 countries with over 30,000 projects.
