Skopje, 18 December 2025 (MIA) - The Ministry of Public Administration promoted Thursday the improved IT tool for monitoring the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy.

At the event organized by the Ministry of Public Administration, Minister Goran Minchev and Maja Handzhiska Trendafilova, Director of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), delivered remarks.

Minister Minchev, introducing the possibilities of the improved tool, emphasized that reforms in public administration also represent reforms of the state.

The event aims to inform all stakeholders (public institutions, the private sector, academia, and civil society organizations) about its use, significance, and benefits, as well as to encourage all participants to engage in active cooperation and implementation.

“The aim is to improve the quality of services and innovation within public institutions, as well as to increase the efficiency and transparency of processes through digitalization and the integration of modern IT systems. This process is part of broader efforts for public administration reform, focused on modernizing procedures, simplifying services, reducing bureaucracy, and increasing accountability to citizens. The application of innovative technologies is key to better resource management, faster institutional performance, and more effective monitoring of results,” Ministry of Public Administration said in a press release.

The event was also attended by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski.
