Taravari: All hospitalized patients in Thessaloniki are in stable condition
- All five patients admitted to hospitals in Thessaloniki are in stable condition, said Health Minister Arben Taravari. This morning, he and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timcho Mucunski visited the injured individuals in Kochani fire, who are hospitalized in Papanikolaou hospital and the military hospital in Thessaloniki.

Skopje, 18 March 2025 (MIA) – All five patients admitted to hospitals in Thessaloniki are in stable condition, said Health Minister Arben Taravari. This morning, he and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timcho Mucunski visited the injured individuals in Kochani fire, who are hospitalized in Papanikolaou hospital and the military hospital in Thessaloniki.
Three patients are being treated at Papanikolaou hospital, while two more injured individuals are at the military hospital, all suffering from severe burns.
“This morning, together with Foreign Minister Timcho Mucunski and Dr. Ilir Vela, we arrived in Thessaloniki to visit the hospitalized patients. We have just left the Papanikolaou hospital and the military hospital, where all five admitted patients are in stable condition! I extend my gratitude to our colleagues in Thessaloniki, the Greek people, and the Greek government for their dedication and assistance. We will continue providing updates on the other patients,” Taravari wrote on Facebook.
Earlier, MIA’s Athens correspondent reported that Taravari and Mucunski were accompanied by Greece’s Deputy Minister of Interior for sector Macedonia and Thrace, Konstantinos Gioulekas, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tasos Chatzivasileiou during their visit to the injured in Thessaloniki.
