Skopje, 23 March 2026 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of the Republic of North Macedonia is paying Monday and Tuesday a working visit to Brussels. As part of his visit, Mucunski will take part on Monday in the roundtable "A path for European enlargement", organized by Friends of Europe. 

In Brussels, Mucunski will meet with EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos and with Roxana Minzatu, EU Commissioner for Social Rights and Skills, Quality Jobs and Preparedness. Together with Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Cvetan Tripunovski, he will meet with Elisabeth Werner, Director-General for Agriculture and Rural Development at the European Commission.

In Brussels, Minister Mucunski will meet with MEPs. He will also have a briefing with officials of the member countries at the Working Party on Enlargement at the Council of the EU. 

Talks will focus on the country's EU integration process, further dynamic of the accession process, sectorial cooperation with the European Union institutions as well as on other current political, economic and reform issues of joint interest, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said in a press release.
