MIA respects the privacy of the subscribers of its information services, as well as the privacy of the visitors of agency’s web site.

Collecting, preserving, using and annulling personal data is being implemented in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette, number 7/05).

All personal data, which are obtained in electronic or other form, including the data filled out by an individual in the forms and applications available on www.shqen.mia.mk, are considered that are obtained in agreement with the individual.

MIA does not take responsibility for consequences, material or other damages which may occur in relation to an individual or other natural or legal entity, unless the individual provides/fills out incorrect or incomplete data.

Personal data is being obtained solely and exclusively for continuous provision and delivery of MIA’s information services to subscribers or visitors of the web site www.shqen.mia.mk.

MIA preserves the subscriber’s personal data only throughout the obligation term, which requires them to leave their personal data.

As soon as the contract or other kind of an agreement between MIA and the subscriber expires, all personal data are permanently being removed from MIA’s Personal Data Collection within 90 days.

MIA obliges not to entrust or distribute personal data to third parties.
Personal data of the subscribers of MIA’s information services and the visitors of www.shqen.mia.mk are not available to third parties, unless regulated differently by law.

Personal data of the subscribers of MIA’s information services and the visitors of www.shqen.mia.mk will neither be used, nor made available for advertisements, commercial or other similar purposes.
