Skopje, 5 March 2025 (MIA) – It is being planned the Macedonian Army to publish an ad to admit 300 professional soldiers, announced Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski on Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters after a working visit to Skopje’s Ilinden municipality, the prime minister called on all interested young people to apply, saying they are welcomed if they wanted to join the defense and security system of the country.

All those who meet the conditions will be admitted, regardless of their ethnic origin, he stressed.

“I call on all citizens, regardless of ethnic origin, all those who want to be part of the security system. There are no quotas here – anyone who meets the criteria and who want to be part of their country’s defense will be admitted,” Mickoski stated.
