Skopje, 4 October 2024 (MIA) -- Minister of Public Administration Goran Minchev in Slovenia met with Novo Mesto Mayor Gregor Macedoni to explore possibilities for public administration cooperation, according to an official press release.

The meeting focused on considering the potential exchange of experiences in public administration and municipal administration as well as carrying out joing projects, the Ministry of Public Administration said.

Minister Minchev talked with Mayor Macedoni about the ongoing public administration reforms and the future plans of the institution he is at the helm of. He highlighted the importance of regional cooperation and the need of effective and quality public administration, which would provide citizens with better services through innovations and good practices.

Mayor Macedoni shared his experiences from various Novo Mesto projects and expressed readiness for future initiatives and cooperation with Macedonian municipalities.

The meeting was also attended by Macedonian Ambassador in Slovenia Goran Milevski. mr/
