Skopje, 3 February 2026 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski, who is participating in the World Governments Summit in Dubai alongside President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, said economy, digitalization and concrete results are in the focus of the visit, driven by a clear goal of ensuring that citizens experience tangible benefits.

In a video message on his Facebook profile, Mucunski said he will meet with UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah, and the two will sign an intergovernmental memorandum of cooperation in the area of modernization of the Government and state administration.

Mucunski also announced several bilateral meetings with heads of state and other top officials.

"Starting today through Thursday, I am taking part alongside President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova in the World Governments Summit in Dubai, a leading global platform dedicated to the future of governance, economy and international cooperation. As part of the visit, I will meet with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah, and we will sign an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the area of modernization of the Government and state administration.

"On the sidelines of the Summit, we will also hold several bilateral meetings with heads of state and other high-ranking representatives aimed at deepening political and economic cooperation and improving the country's international position.
