Skopje, 25 February 2026 (MIA) – Parliament will hold Wednesday the 89th session.

The agenda includes a motion on the appointment of chairperson and members of the Housing Regulatory Commission, motion for publishing a public announcement for the appointment of a member and chairperson of the Energy, Water and Municipal Waste Management Regulatory Commission, motion for publishing a public announcement for the appointment of a director and deputy director of the Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, as well as motion for publishing a public announcement for the election of a member of the Commission for Prevention and Protection from Discrimination and for the election of a member of the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.

Lawmakers will also debate a bill on amending the Law on Veterinary Health, bill on amending the Law on Identification and Registration of Animals, bill on amending the Law on Members of Parliament, as well as bill on amending the Law on Salaries and Other Remunerations of Elected and Appointed Persons, all in a fast-tracked procedure.

The agenda also includes a bill on amending the Law on Salaries of Public Prosecutors, bill on amending the Law on Salaries of Judges, bill on amending the Law on Salaries of Members of the Council of Public Prosecutors and bill on amending the Law on Salaries of Members of the Judicial Council, all in a fast-tracked procedure.
